Oh, Christmas Tree, Oh, Christmas Tree… The Hegeler Carus Mansion is all dressed up for the holidays. We are offering for the first time a unique extended holiday treat. The Oh, Christmas Tree tour is a guided 45-minute tree viewing. You will walk through Main Floor, plus some of the Hegeler and Carus living quarters on the Second Floor not shown on the General Tour.
The Mansion will be decorated with enchanting Victorian flair you are accustomed to, plus we have invited local friends and businesses to join in this community building celebration. Sponsors will decorate Christmas trees to be auctioned off at our Little Christmas Brunch and Silent Auction. After the tour you are invited to participate in a Christmas tree judging contest for the best decorated Christmas tree. The winner will be announced at the Little Christmas Brunch on Saturday, December 14th.
