Have you ever pondered how historic hair care differed from our hair care today? Did they use the same tools? And the $1M question, did they brush their hair every day? Why or why not? This workshop will answer these questions and more. Your hair care experience will take place in the Hegeler Carus Mansion Communication Hall of the Hegeler Carus Living Quarters (2nd floor of the Mansion). Vittoria Wurl will lead the class in the history of hair brushing in a most historical space, demonstrating various brushing techniques, including those that may or may not have been practiced by the Hegeler and Carus Girls. Vittoria is a local Destination Hairstylist traveling near and far, focusing on holistic hair and scalp T(HAIR)apy. We welcome anyone with a scalp & all hair types too! No one left behind! Join us for this relaxing, self-care workshop in this incredible space.
