Changes in the regular tour schedule are as follows:
Sunday, 7 March - NOON TOUR ONLY
Saturday, 17 April - NO TOURS
Saturday, 1 May - NOON & 1pm TOURS ONLY
Saturday, 19 June - NO TOURS
Saturday, 26 June - NOON TOUR ONLY.
Tours begin on the hour.
The Mansion is closed for tours on Monday and Tuesday, Easter (Sunday), Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Years Day, and July 4th.

A visit to the Mansion may be combined with a Canal Boat ride on the I&M Canal, a trip to nearby Starved Rock State Park, Matthiessen State Park, or the Lincoln home and tomb in Springfield. La Salle is within comfortable driving distance from Chicago (2 hours), Bloomington (1 hour), Rockford (1 hour), and Springfield (2.75 hours). I-39 provides easy access to the Hegeler Carus Mansion, located just a mile west from the Route 6 exit.
